We’re an appraisal company that serves clients in and near The Greater Houston Area. With over two decades of experience, our staff has mastered the art of appraising homes. Meet J. Wade Purdy

James Wade Purdy is a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and acts in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and is competent and knowledgeable in the assessment of residential real estate properties. Mr. Purdy has focused on residential appraisals in Texas since 2003, specializing in Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, and Montgomery counties. He has completed numerous reports on Single-family homes, multi-family properties, proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the Columbia Institute, McKissock, and Champion School of Real Estate. Mr. Purdy is a member of the American Guild of Appraisers as well as the Community of Asset Analysts. Mr. Purdy serves as a director in the position of Secretary for the Fort Bend County MUD 66 board and a board member of the Rose Ranch HOA.

And the price, is very very reasonable.
