Our founder, J. Wade Purdy, is a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. He operates in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and is competent and knowledgeable in the valuation of residential real estate properties. Since 2003, Mr. Purdy has specialized in residential appraisals in Texas, particularly in Fort Bend, Harris, Waller, Brazoria, Matagorda, and Montgomery counties. He has completed numerous reports on single-family homes, multi-family properties, proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the McKissock and Champion School of Real Estate. He is a member of the American Guild of Appraisers as well as the Community of Asset Analysts. Mr. Purdy serves as a director, in the position of Secretary, for the Fort Bend County MUD 66 board. He has taken numerous classes on data science to expand his knowledge and utilize the most up-to-date methods for correctly calculating a property's value.
